Note about pool repairs
Fellow Resident,
The Pool at Manzana 9 is in need of much more work than was originally thought. The Administrator is in serious negotiations with Costa Urbana, to provide a remedy at minimum cost to us. The entire pool will need to be re-tiled. The pool will NOT be open in time for Easter.
The Pool at Manzana 8 will have the tiles cleaned and water filled next week (20 - 23 March) and the Administrator is confident that it WILL be in use at the Easter Holiday.
We are content that the Administrator is working hard, in our best interest, to bring this to a successful conclusion.
